Built in Chattanooga

Scottie B's is the latest venture from longtime Chattanooga restaurateur Scottie Bowman, who has run the Big Chill & Grill for nearly 30 years and Scottie's on the River since 2018. She opened Scottie B's Burgers in November 2024 in the former Armando's space on East Main Street, keeping several of the previous crew. Bowman also founded the Launch Pad nonprofit in 2020, and some of her staff are graduates or participants of its program for women overcoming addiction.
